Drawing upon our extensive knowledge of the industry and utilising our broad database and network, we provide professionals for graduate/trainee positions, all the way through to operations and management.
We offer consultants who are available to provide first-hand knowledge and advice in respect of the planning and delivery of both on and offshore projects. Furthermore, our consultants can provide practical and operational advice to ensure project development strategies are robust, achievable, and aligned with industry best practice. From on-off short term assignments through to long term project support and advice, we are there to assist.
Full logistics and operational support
From arranging and administering the travel directly, through to overseeing the visa application process – we can take care of it. We also are happy to ensure that the contractors receive the travel planning in a prompt and effective way. We provide 24 hour emergency support, whether it is a situation that requires emergency repatriation, or out of hours contact to provide assistance in urgent matters, we make sure that your needs are being heard.
International tax and social security
We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of tax compliance. We work with our clients in ensuring that where possible our contractors meet the required tax regulations. We are registered for tax in many countries around the world, which enables our clients and contractors to be safe in the knowledge that any relevant legislation is complied with where applicable. Furthermore, our strong back office support team takes a proactive approach by keeping up to date with any changes in local tax regimes to ensure that our clients’ operations are prepared for any subsequent changes or considerations.
Payrolling and salary administration
Payroll management and administration are crucial to our contractor’s satisfaction and moral. We operate with efficient payroll management systems globally to ensure that our personnel are suitably protected and paid for.
Education and training
A competent workforce means a safe workforce and this is vital to our business and our clients’ business. We strive to ensure that all personnel are suitably skilled and capable for any tasks required of them. We also have a high regard for continuing personal and professional development of our contractors.
To help facilitate this, we organise regular training courses and workshops, whether this be through our global training partnerships, or calling upon our in-house expertise. We also support the industry as a whole by offering training and lecturing to independent and third-party organisations.
